SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Turnaround time is 2.5 to 3 weeks from the day payment is received. Your frame is precious to us and much time and effort is placed into each and every one. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES

• Standard shipping for continental US shipping is included in the price.
• All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International shipping is based on destination, weight and size of package and will be determined per order. Please understand that brokerage, duties and taxes will incurred by you. Please contact us to get an estimate on international shipping.
• If you prefer, and if your frames meet the size restrictions, we can ship USPS Internationally. Custom fees are usually substantially less, however, if damages occur, we can not offer replacements due to claim issues.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

• Wild Sorbet makes every effort to ensure that your frame arrives in your hands in perfect condition just as it left our hands. However, we all know this doesn't always happen! We urge every customer to PLEASE open and inspect your frames as soon as they arrive.
• YOU MUST KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKAGING! We can not replace the frame if we are unable to submit a claim due to discarded packaging.If your frame is damaged during shipping, you must have your original box and packaging to report damages and receive a new frame. Call Wild Sorbet ASAP . We CAN NOT replace damaged frames if they are not reported within 21 days of receipt. As soon as we are notified of a damage, we will report the claim to UPS/Fed-Ex and they will come as soon as possible to pick up your frame. We will also immediately begin production on a replacement and get it to you very quickly!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Each frame is custom made and therefore, we DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. Before purchasing, we HIGHLY suggest you and your client DO NOT match colors to an image from our catalog or the website as these are only photographs of colors. We do the best we can but nothing can replace having the actual colors 'IN HAND'. This is possible by investing in Trim Collections, Sample Squares or Corner Samples.
• Changes made within 48 hours of order will be accepted. After 48 hours, we cannot accept changes to your order.
• Once we create and ship your frame it is extremely unlikely that someone else will call and order the exact same frame size and design/color therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL
