SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES

• Standard Shipping for continental US shipping is included in the the price you pay.
• All orders are shipped UPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International shipping is based on destination, weight and size of package and will be determined per order. You will need to inquire about the shipping costs to your particular international destination. Please understand that all custom expenses will be incurred by you. Please contact us to get an estimate on international shipping.

RUSH ORDERS

• Rush orders are $50.00 per 2 frames ordered. This guarantees your frame will be shipped out in 1 week from the day it is ordered. Due to the nature of our high standards and craftsmanship, we cannot complete a frame in less than 1 week.
• The RUSH FEE does not include 2-day, or overnight shipping. If this is needed in addition to the Rush production, we will simply add the cost of this to the handling charge.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

• Wild Sorbet makes every effort to ensure that your frame arrives in your hands in perfect condition just as it left our hands. However, we all know this doesn't always happen! We urge every customer to PLEASE open and inspect your frames as soon as they arrive.
• PLEASE KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKAGING! If your frame is damaged during shipping, you must have your original box and packaging to report damages and receive a new frame. Call Wild Sorbet ASAP and we will have UPS come the next day to pick up your frame. We will also immediately begin production on a replacement and get it to you very quickly!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Each frame is custom made and therefore, we DO NOT offer any refunds. Before purchasing, we HIGHLY suggest you and your client DO NOT match colors to an image from our catalog or the website as these are only photographs of colors. We do the best we can but nothing can replace having the actual colors 'IN HAND' by having trim samples. Once we create and ship your frame it is extremely unlikely that someone else will call and order the exact same frame size and design/color therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL .
