1. What type of Comapny is Wild Sorbet?
So happy you asked! We are wholesale frame company who sells only to approved professional photographers and Interior designers. So this this means these delicious frames are not available to frame shops, gift shops, and you will not find them at craft fairs. Your customers can only get them from you, and you can only get them from Wild Sorbet. To place an order, simply apply for an account. Your application will be reviewed and (hopefully) approved! As with any other wholesale company, there is s a minimum opening order. When buying from a wholesale company, there is a certain commitment to resell expected, therefore samples are imperative to resell this or any other product.. You will receive a letter stating your approval and explaining our Studio Sample packages that are required for your opening order. After approval, however, you will have access to View/Download our Prices and our Studio Sample Packages.
2. How do I see ALL of your Frame Prices?
In order to obtain a copy of all our frame prices simply log in and click on the prices tab on the left. You will be given a link and this link will be to a pdf of all our prices. This is link is NOT available to those without an approved account. If you have any qauestions about any of our prices...please call us at 866-735-9707.
3. Pricing To Sell my Frames
We do not have a required mark-up. There is an information page within our Prices document that may help. You may be interested in purchasing our 'Virtual Package'. It contains a pricing 'Cheat Sheet' with suggested mark ups already calculated for you for ALL our frames as well as LOTS of other selling tools. As always, you are welcome to call us if you have any questions.
4. How Will My Frames Arrive To Me?
Like other high-end frame companies, we only sell open-back frames. They are completely assembled, but DO NOT include glass or backing. They DO come with wire and d-ring hangers upon request. Our frames are packaged very carefully and are all individually wrapped.
5. How Should I Finish My Frame?
First, these frames are beautiful and intended to be an extension of your art. We highly recommend that you never present these to your clients without proper backing – paper and appropriate hanging hardware.
I currently sell frames. Great! These frames are completed the same way you finish the back of your other frames.
I would like to do my own finishing. Awesome! If you need the supplies or an instructional video, just ask, We offer 2 types of Framing Kits complete with everything you need as well as a video. We also have our supplies a la carte to help when you need to re stock. Feel free to call if you have questions.
I really don't have the time/space or personnel to do this. No Problem!! Let us Do it! Simply have your images dropped shipped to us, and we will do all the work. There is a nominal charge per frame but you can read all about our 'Finishing Services' under the Details page of the website
6. Placing My Frame Order
You can place an order online, through the website, by phone, or email. After an order is placed, you have 48 hours to change or add to an order. After 48 hours, all orders are final.
7. Paying for My Frame
We accept all major credit cards. When placing your order online, it is pretty straight forward. However, if placing a phone order, we ask that you remember that all payment must be received before we can begin production of your order.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping is included in the price of your frames. You will notice in every box you receive instructions on a bright sheet of paper. It is imperative that you follow these instructions when you receive your frame order. This will ensure that proper procedures are taken to assist you if your frame(s) is damaged upon arrival.
